The Comprehensive Drug Development Template file is supplied in Microsoft Project format. Eriban Research, Inc. (ERI) hereby grants you (Customer) an unlimited enterprise license to use the template. The template is a copyrighted work and may not be reproduced in any form outside the terms of this agreement without the express written approval of Eriban Research, Inc. You may not transfer, resell, publish (electronically or otherwise), distribute, share, loan, or copy the template file or license. An enterprise license authorizes use of the template for an unlimited number of employees of the company purchasing the license, whether on individual computers or on a network server.

Term and Termination.This Agreement and the license granted herein shall remain effective until terminated. Customer may terminate this Agreement and the license at any time by destroying all copies of Software and any Documentation. Customer's rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from ERI if Customer fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
